On Wednesday, August 12 at 6:00 PM, puppets of all shapes, sizes, and styles will gather at The Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural & Educational Center, walk the Puppet Fringe Red Carpet, and then march around the block in a joyful Puppet Procession to officially open the festival.
